No. Innspot Operation is included in the per-unit rate for as many staff devices as you need. There is no per-device or per-user charge at any tier.
For a hotel, any sellable room. For a villa property, any sellable villa unit. Units taken out of order for renovation remain part of your registered count — contact sales if your portfolio is undergoing a temporary reduction.
When trials are open, sign-up offers a free trial on the Pricing Catalog rate for smaller unit counts — no payment method required to start. Larger registrations always require a payment method from the start; the live estimate above shows the current trial size limit.
You can increase your registered units at any time from your account settings. You pay a prorated top-up for the rest of the current billing period, and the new rate applies in full from the next period.
